Some 15 years ago, a dear dear friend of mine (who i didn’t really know at the time) did me a huge favor, I and my new bride were able to move into her apartment complex, take care of the complex, clean rooms, fix plumbing…..and let use live very cheaply….i was a fledging photojournalist, riding a bicycle and shooting for free during an internship….basicly, i was newly married and really BROKE….

So…fast forward to the now……my dear friend asked if I could photograph her daughter’s wedding……it was a no-brainer……then she tells me it’s at Multnomah Falls, quite possibly one of the most photogenic places in Oregon.  Through college, the falls was one of my regular routes as a collegiate cyclist, the place holds a special place in my heart.

Documenting a wedding there was very cool, and doing it for a very very dear friend was just the BEST!!
