I am behind with my blog posting, but I am starting the wedding section with last month’s Jacksonville, Florida wedding on WIll and Wendi. The ceremony was at Riverside Park United Methodist Church in the Five Points area, and then the reception was at the Cummer Museum just around the corner from the church. I went up the day before, my buddy (and fellow photog) Jason served as my wing man on this one, anyway….hit Jacksonville on Friday, hung out with Will and Wendi during the rehearsal and dinner…Then Saturday, spent all day with the couple documenting their day. This was the first wedding where I had a photo booth set up, and can I say…WOW….what cool images, even if I didn’t take them myself….
SO…photobooth, it’s a background, lights and camera, all set up on a remote control, that whomever fires the remote, takes the picture, so guests can jump in front, be goofy, funny or romantic and make the pictures themselves.
I was just THAT cool!!!

And to the bride this saturday, in case your reading, I am stepping it up, and the photobooth concept is changing and will blow your mind…
